By creating an account, accessing, or using Magnivé ("the Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
Magnivé is owned and operated by Magnivé LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Our service is accessible at magnive.ai.
Magnivé is an artificial intelligence-powered event styling and planning platform that generates decor concepts, color palettes, shopping guides, timelines, experience suggestions, image generation prompts, and social media captions based on user inputs.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis across three tiers: Starter, Pro, and Studio. A one-time Single Event option is also available for hosts planning a single event. Features vary by tier as described on our pricing page.

The AI-generated outputs you create using our platform (style guides, concepts, palettes, checklists, captions, and image prompts) are licensed to you for your personal and professional use. You may use them with your clients, in your business, and on your social media channels.
You do not own the underlying system, methodology, or technology that generated these outputs — only the specific outputs themselves as licensed to you.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Launch pricing is available to waitlist subscribers and early adopters for a limited time. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Subscribers on grandfathered launch pricing retain their rate as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital subscriptions or one-time purchases. Because our outputs are generated immediately upon payment and are digital in nature, no refund will be issued once access has been granted. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
You agree to use Magnivé only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Service:
Magnivé is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Always verify vendor pricing, availability, and suitability independently before making purchasing decisions. Estimated costs in style guides are midpoint estimates generated at the time of creation and may not reflect current market rates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnivé LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Magnivé LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Your use of Magnivé is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process your data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the platform.
Magnivé integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), and MailerLite (email). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
Image generation prompts we provide are designed for use with third-party tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, OpenArt, DALL-E). We are not affiliated with these services and make no guarantees about their availability, pricing, or outputs.
FTC Required Disclosure: Magnivé participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn a commission when you click on certain links within our platform — such as links to Amazon, Michaels, Wayfair, Etsy, JOANN, Hobby Lobby, or other retailers — and make a purchase. This comes at no additional cost to you. In fact, you pay the same price you would pay visiting those stores directly.

Our sourcing recommendations are generated by AI based on your event inputs and are not influenced by affiliate relationships. We recommend stores and products because they are relevant to your event — not because of commission rates. However, in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255), we are required to disclose these relationships clearly.
Affiliate commissions help support the ongoing development of Magnivé and allow us to keep subscription prices competitive. We appreciate your support.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, particularly the intellectual property provisions in Section 3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
