Magnivé is operated by Magnivé LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide an event styling platform accessible at magnive.ai.

• Account information: Name, email address, password, and optional business name when you create an account
• Event data: Occasion type, budget, guest count, venue details, colors, dates, and notes you enter to generate style guides
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Communications: Messages you send us via email or the in-app feedback form, including feature suggestions
• Waitlist submissions: Name and email address provided on our waitlist form

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, tabs accessed
