Our Commitment: Magnivé LLC is committed to ensuring that our platform and website are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every event planner — regardless of ability — deserves access to beautiful, professional event styling tools.

1. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Our current conformance status: Partially conformant. Some content may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. We are actively working to identify and address gaps. See Section 4 for known limitations.

2. What We Have Done

Implemented accessibility features include:

Semantic HTML: Proper use of headings, landmarks, and HTML elements to support screen readers
Language declaration: Page language is declared in the HTML lang attribute
Keyboard navigation: Core platform functions are accessible via keyboard
Color contrast: We aim for a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text in compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA
Resizable text: Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
Focus indicators: Visible focus indicators are present on interactive elements
Form labels: All form fields include descriptive labels
Error identification: Form errors are clearly identified and described in text
No time limits: The platform does not impose time limits on form completion or content viewing
No flashing content: We do not use content that flashes more than 3 times per second

3. Technical Specifications

Magnivé relies on the following technologies for accessibility conformance:

Our platform has been designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

Screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, TalkBack on Android)
Keyboard-only navigation
Browser zoom and text resizing
High contrast mode

4. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility gaps and are actively working to address them:

Color palette swatches: The visual color swatches on the Palette tab do not currently include text alternatives for users who cannot perceive color. We are adding hex code display and color name text alternatives.
AI-generated content: Some AI-generated text outputs may not always use consistent heading structure. We are working to standardize output formatting.
PDF downloads: Generated PDFs may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are working toward tagged PDF output.
Complex tables: The shopping checklist table may present navigation challenges for some screen reader users. We are adding ARIA table attributes.
Loading states: Animated loading indicators may not convey status to all screen reader users. We are adding ARIA live regions.

User testing with people who use assistive technologies
Staff training on accessible design and development practices
Incorporating accessibility requirements into our feature development process
